This website is operated by Infinite Apparel, a brand of Infinite Muse Arts.
Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Infinite Apparel and Infinite Muse Arts.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the website or placing an order.
1. OUR PRODUCTS
Infinite Apparel sells original clothing, apparel, accessories, artwork-based merchandise, and related products.
Our designs may include original artwork, humour, satire, philosophical themes, surreal imagery, alternative artwork, or licensed and collaborative artwork.
Some products may feature artwork or designs associated with YariArt:

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any artwork, design, illustration, trademark, or other intellectual property appearing on the product.
2. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many Infinite Apparel products are produced specifically after an order is placed.
We primarily use Printful and potentially other third-party fulfilment providers to manufacture and ship products directly to customers.
Because products are generally made to order, production may begin shortly after payment is confirmed.
Please review product descriptions, colours, sizes, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, colours, images, sizes, and specifications.
However:
• Colours may appear differently depending on your monitor or device.
• Product positioning and print placement may vary slightly.
• Manufacturing processes may result in minor differences between individual items.
• Mock-up images are intended to represent the finished product but may not be perfectly identical to the physical item.
These normal production variations are not considered defects.
4. SIZING
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when placing an order.
Sizing may vary between garment manufacturers and product styles.
Where available, sizing information is provided on individual product pages.
Please consult the applicable sizing guide before ordering.
5. PRICING AND CURRENCY
Prices displayed on the storefront are subject to change without notice.
Prices may be displayed in Canadian dollars, U.S. dollars, or another supported currency depending on your location and Shopify settings.
Applicable taxes, shipping costs, duties, or other charges will be displayed during checkout where possible.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before or after an order is placed.
If an obvious pricing error affects an order, we may contact you to offer the option of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling the order for a full refund.
6. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
• Suspected fraud
• Payment problems
• Product availability issues
• Pricing or technical errors
• Shipping restrictions
• Suspected resale or abusive purchasing activity
• Violations of these Terms
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
7. PAYMENT
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and supported third-party payment providers.
Infinite Apparel does not directly store full payment-card information.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when placing an order.
8. FRAUD PREVENTION
Orders may be reviewed using fraud-detection tools provided by Shopify, payment processors, or other service providers.
We may delay, hold, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
9. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible.

Because made-to-order products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or cancelled once production has begun.
10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products may be fulfilled and shipped from facilities located in Canada, the United States, Mexico, or other locations depending on the product and customer destination.
Delivery times shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
• Postal or courier delays
• Customs processing
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Labour disruptions
• Carrier interruptions
• Border delays
• Incorrect customer addresses
• Government actions

11. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT CHARGES
Orders crossing international borders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, the customer is responsible for any such charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction.
Customs policies vary by country and region.
12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Because many Infinite Apparel products are made to order, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges solely because:
• A customer changes their mind
• The wrong size was ordered
• The wrong colour or variation was selected
• A customer no longer wants the product
Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or lost products may qualify for replacement or refund under our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, all original artwork, graphics, photographs, designs, branding, logos, written material, and other creative content appearing on Infinite Apparel or Infinite Muse Arts properties are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This includes content associated with:

Artwork identified as belonging to YariArt or another artist remains the intellectual property of its respective owner.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, manufacture, resell, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative merchandise from protected designs without written permission from the applicable rights holder.
Purchasing a physical product does not grant reproduction or commercial-use rights to the artwork printed on that product.
14. TRADEMARKS AND BRANDING
Infinite Apparel, Infinite Muse Arts, associated logos, branding elements, and original brand graphics may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorisation without our written permission.
15. PERSONAL USE AND RESALE
Unless otherwise authorised, products sold through Infinite Apparel are intended for personal use.
Reasonable resale of legally purchased genuine goods is not prohibited where permitted by law; however, you may not:
• Represent yourself as an authorised Infinite Apparel dealer
• Reproduce our artwork on new products
• Manufacture counterfeit products
• Use our branding in a misleading manner
• Remove or falsify ownership or copyright information
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store relies on third-party services including Shopify, Printful, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other service providers.
Certain website functions may therefore be subject to additional third-party terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the independent actions, availability, policies, or services of third parties except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Unless otherwise agreed, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display and reproduce voluntarily submitted reviews or testimonials for purposes related to operating and promoting Infinite Apparel.
We will not claim ownership of your underlying intellectual property solely because you submit it to us.

constitute the agreement governing your use of the store and purchase of products.
